I’m so glad you’re here! 💙
As someone who wasn’t diagnosed until later in life, I know what it’s like to feel like the “odd one out.”
I’m the one who flew under the radar because I didn’t match the stereotypical “bouncing-off-the-walls” ADHD image.
Instead, I was the quiet, well-behaved, high-achieving girl—the one who looked like she had it all together. But beneath the surface? The signs were always there: overwhelmed by perfectionism, constantly overpreparing to avoid mistakes, hyperfixating on things I loved, a restless serial entrepreneur, exhausted from masking every little struggle to appear “normal.”
Sound familiar?
Mindfully Neurodivergent is a space created not only for NeuroDivs like us but also for NeuroAllies who want to learn, support, and understand.
This is a community where we can come together, share our experiences, and support each other as we navigate life’s challenges and celebrate our wins.
Here, you’ll find resources, the podcast/vlog, and the blog that dives into everything from the relief (and grief) of a late diagnosis to the quirks that make us unique and how to embrace them.
My mission is to raise awareness, reduce late diagnoses, and provide a safe, supportive space for everyone in our community—whether you’re NeuroDiv or an ally.
So, let’s embrace our beautiful NeuroDiv brains, connect over shared experiences, and work toward designing our lives that work for us.
Welcome to the family! 🫶🏼✨
