HOME / About Us
👋 Welcome to Mindfully Neurodivergent, a space created by a fellow NeuroDiv for NeuroDivs and the NeuroAllies who love and support them. 💙
For over two decades, my hubby and I have been navigating the mental health world—first trying to understand his challenges, raising a NeuroDiv kiddo, and later getting diagnosed myself. My journey to a late NeuroDiv diagnosis opened my eyes to how much is missed, especially for those of us who didn’t fit the “classic” image.
I was the quiet, well-behaved, high-achieving girl who flew under the radar, overwhelmed by perfectionism, hyperfixating on what I loved, and masking every little struggle to appear “normal.” Sound familiar? If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, unseen, or exhausted from trying to keep up with a world that wasn’t built for you, you’re not alone.
That’s why I started Mindfully Neurodivergent —to raise awareness, reduce late diagnoses, and support others as they embrace their beautifully unique brains.

Why It Matters
These spaces are designed to be a safe haven where NeuroDivs and NeuroAllies can come together, share experiences, and find the support they need to thrive.
I believe everyone deserves to live a life that works for them, and have the resources to get there. I hope to be a small part of the collective efforts to do just that.
